Telephone System Installation for Birmingham Box Active Traffic Management contractor
UK Highways Agency has awarded a client of Statcom's a £96m contract to design and implement Active Traffic Management along certain stretches of the M6, M42 and M40 motorways around the Birmingham area to increase capacity and ease congestion. ATM (Active Traffic Management) comprises of overhead gantries, electronic signage systems, safety fencing and other technology.
Statcom will be tasked with designing and implementing a communications solution which will involve supply, installation and ongoing maintenance of a telephone system / business phone system, patch cabinet, patch panels, patch leads and telephone handsets. Full client administrator and user training workshops will be included.
